I think it is the 2nd slow song you dance to. Some couples choose to do two.

Yes, sometimes they have just the bride, groom, parents and party dance the first dance, and then the 2nd dance they ask everyone up - if you want it that way.

I think it can be fast or slow and its used to get everyone up on the dance floor.
