I can't go in to my night job because I forgot my uniform; it would take me an hour to get home and back and I know that won't fly. I feel bad because I took off last Saturday since it was my birthday and haven't worked all week, and then the week before I was late because I had a flat.
Do I F it and not show? I make no $$ there, FH was telling to me to quit anyway. Do I call and tell them I'll be late...again?

Honeslty if your gonna quit, I would call them and say you quit. The no show will only make them call you and harass you.
If your gonna go but be late then who cares call them and say your gonna be late. Sh!t happens. If they fire you for it then, you dont have to feel guilty about quitting or not showing up.

If you don't want to work there anymore - I would call them and let them know that you were going to come in tonight and tell them that it was going to be your last night. . . . and if they still want you to come in you will be late. . . .
I say you can't be a no show because you never want to burn bridges - unless you know that you will NEVER need these people again JMO

Thanks Marie...I will definitely never need this little restaurant in the future...but I'm gonna call and say I'll be late bc I need to get my uniform.
