FH and I went to Leonard's today for a 2nd visit. We've narrowed it down to Leonard's, Westbury Manor and Larkfield Manor. We decided to revisit all 3 and see which one we liked the best and which one can give us the best deal. Tomorrow we will go back to Westbury Manor and Larkfield Manor. Then we will will make our final decision and sign a contract. We really liked what Leonard's offered us and we both actually liked Leonard's better this time than the first time we went...not sure why.I took pics of the indoor chapel(not set up), Parisian cocktail hour room, Empire room, bridal suite, and outdoor ceremony area. I have been searching LIW for pics of these areas with no luck. I decided to post them in case they can help someone else out..
i love leonards, i guess cause im getting married there. the prices are great and the food is very good... i have been to alot of parties there and never been disappointed. who did you meet with?

did they say anything to you about having the ceremony outside in may... they told me that we can have it outside but there won't be as many flowers in bloom yet... im just going to have my florist dress it up if the weather is nice

I met with Antonio. He seemed nice. I think if we choose Leonard's we will use the indoor chapel. I liked it better than their outdoor ceremony area. Which is weird because I really wanted an outdoor ceremony. They didn't mention anything about the flowers. I'm thinking of either May or beginning of September, haven't decided yet. Where are you going to take your pics? Also what hotels are you going to use for your OOT guests?

i havent decided on where to take pics before, still working on that... as for hotels i think im going to use Garden City hotel or the inn at fox hollow

We were going to have a destination wedding. We thought we had it all figured out but it didn't feel right. We kept talking about how we wished we could do it here. Also some very important people to us would not have been able to come. We decided to stay and have our wedding here.
Going back to Westbury Manor tomorrow. I really like Westbury Manor too. What it is really going to come down to for us is price. We'll see.....
