i made an apt at swan club for a tasting and to finalize linens, picking out menu etc
are there any questions i should be asking ? or do i go back when i know how many guestSs?

Yes I did....I went for lunch and to finalize just the menu and ended up finalizing everything else. lol.
The lunch helped so much because we were going to pick certain choices and tried them there and ended up with other choices.
You do not need to have the exact head count, you just need to call by a certain time to let them know (I think about a week before).
They gave me the final payment date, seating chart for my room, and checklist of stuff to bring the tuesday before. We looked at all of the bridal suites, and I asked my questions about the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception that I thought of off of the top of my head (since I didn't think I was going in for my final meeting)
I just have to email them a picture of the cake I want and drink recipes for them to try out first and make sure that they are what I want.
Any other questions just let me know!!!

thanks!!!! yea i wanted to go inthere with a list of questions of what i shud be asking but i am stumped on what to ask... lol

I have a photo booth so I asked about where to place that...and that I needed a table to go next to it.
Asked about the ceremony, and seating, and how we walk out and how the guests walk out of the ceremony space
Went over the list of items to bring, and when. We got the seating chart, and how the tables are arranged. I asked about where the bars are, and the recipe for the signature drink. Which I have to send to them to make sure it's the right color and good to make.
I asked about how many candles are on each table, and we went over what time the guys are allowed to arrive since they will be there first.
We went in with a general idea of the menu, and then if we had too much of one thing she suggested something else, and made recommendations for certain things, and cake flavors, and bring a cake pic that you like. I didn't have one on me so I have to email it.
And since I am DIY menu's she is going to email me some descriptions with the meals I chose to put on the menu.
It's not really a list of questions...but some of the things that came up for discussion.
