Does anyone have a sample timeline for a 3 PM ceremony...I'm trying to make all the appointments and need some advice

I believe my hair was done at 8:30 (onliy mine and my mothers hair were getting done)and my make-up at 11:30. My Flowers arrived at 12:30 my photographer at 1:00. Limos arrived at about 2:15 for my 3:30 church ceremony that was 20 minutes away on a good day (we anticipated traffic) We were done with pictures at the church by 4:45. We took pictures in my parents backyard and were at the hall by 5:15 for more pictures and made it to our entire cocktail hour which started at 6.

I have a 3:00 ceremony and a 7:30 cocktail hour. The photgrapher is coming at 1:00 to my house. Limo is picking me up at 2:30. The guys are getting picked up at 1:45 (they need to be there early) We are taking pictures between church and cocktail hour. We have about an hour and 20 min ride from church to the hall out east.
