Good morning! I loved all of the eye candy in yesterday's post - such beautiful rings and SO much bling ;)!
Today's question: What will your FH be wearing on the big day? Traditional tux, linen suit, bowtie? Share pictures for inspiration if you have any!
Answer: I *think* FH will be wearing a slim-fit traditional black tux with a bow tie. I am a bit worried how black will look in pictures in the vineyard but I think he is excited at the prospect of wearing a tux! I also like the idea of navy. If he doesn't go with a bow tie, then I definitely want him in a skinny tie!

FH will be wearing a 3 piece navy blue suit. I cant see having the groomsme & him spend all this money on a tux to give back. Id rather them buy a nice suit for a little but more money and be able to keep it. I don't know yet about the tie. I'm thinking purple to match the girls dresses. And they will be wearinf navy & purple argyle socks with brown shoes

FH will be wearing a navy suit with a vest and a striped tie. He is very particular about his look, so I'm letting him take the lead on this one.

FH is very particular also, he was in a wedding party and the rented tux he got was about 17 sizes too big on him. He wants a tailored black tux and bow tie. No cummberbund, no vest, etc. I would like him to wear an ivory bow tie and the groomsmen in black bow ties so that he can stand out a bit.

I wanted the guys in gray tuxes with dark purple vests and ties, but my FH wants to go the more traditional route. He said he will try on both options, but I think we are going to go with a slim-fitting black tux with a dark purple vest and skinny tie.

This is a sore subject with me and FH. I always envisioned linen suit, regular tie. Relaxed...hey maybe vest only- no jacket. After all this is a summer bbq wedding! FH dreamed of a tux and bow tie. Which is weird because I'm lucky if I can convince him to put pants and sleeves on to go to my family's house. So we compromised on a suit. A Full suit, but in tan.
Maybe I can sneak a blue shirt in to make it more casual.

We're going pretty formal. I actually just changed the 'theme' of our wedding from Vintage Romance to Great Gatsby, so his tux will reflect that era.

Fh wanta a slim fitting tux because everytime he rents a tux its huge on him. We were going to go with black but at a bridal show recently we saw a tux that daniel craig actually wears in the new bond movie. Fh loved it. Its called midnight blue. Its looks black but in the light you can see its blue. Also he hates bowties so even though I think they look better with a tux I tols him he doesn't habe to wear one. Oh and he will be wearing converse. That's ok though because I probably will as well.

I am not 100% sure what FH will end up with... but I know he is looking for a darker gray suit, as our colors are yellow and gray. He does not like vests because they feel very 'prom' to him and that is fine by me... maybe something along these lines?

AWESOME theme...I wish I lived in that era so I'm also trying to sneak in some of that gold coast glam somewhere! We're not going as formal as that, but FH will be wearing a tux. I'd like him in an ivory vest, but I'm going to let him choose what he wants.

We will be doing a black tuxedo with a silver vest and tie with a white shirt. Something similar to this:
Love that mrspy! That's very similar to what my FH will be wearing, but he wants a dark charcoal grey.

Almost the same! He'll be wearing a slim-cut traditional black tux but with a black long tie, he's not a fan of the bow tie. I asked for no vests - we're negotiating.

A slim fit tux with a bow tie and..suspenders! That is the one thing he just wants to have no matter what lol!
I want FH and all the groomsmen in black on black on black. Black suits, black ties, black shirts. I just think its SO hot. I may have FH wear a skinny charcoal tie.
It doesnt matter TOO much really because after the ceremony and formal pictures... all the guys are taking off the button downs and wearing superhero t-shirts.
