So, I had a very exciting night.. My sister who is my best friend in the entire world is in labor with her first baby! I am about to head over to the hospital so I figured I would post this question early since I don't know what the day is going to bring! First baby in the family, so exciting! So, in slight relation,
Q: who on here has fur babies?! Give us the details! Name breed age and please, I can't be the only one on here who calls mine my 'son' and treats him as if he was. (If you don't have fur babies, maybe tell us why)
My fur baby is named tango. He's a chihuahua mix, most likely terrier mix. He's about to be 4 (and his birthday is on Sunday!). We've had him for a year and he has changed our lives. We were so on the fence about getting a dog- we actually had one of our first major fights in the parking lot before officially adopting him, bc FH was getting scared. But we did it, and its the best decision we ever made! FH can't picture life without him and I can't either. We're OBSESSED with him! Everything revolves around him. If only he knew how spoiled and lucky he was :)

We have a fur baby! His name is Carlos, he's a 1 1/2 year old Havanese and I always refer to him as my son lol. He is so spoiled its ridiculous, but I just adore him and couldn't imagine not having him. When we were away we were constantly checking our email to see if my mom had sent any new pics, it was crazy how much we missed him. I don't know how I'll make it through the honeymoon! lol!

I still live with my mom so technically my dog is hers. His name is Yogi. Hes a 7 year old Shiba Inu. Hes crazy but I love him. I do have two cats that are mine. Shadow who is about to turn 12, and Tigger who is 9. Im very sad because I will have to leave my cats her e when I move. They both go outside and if I take them and they get out they will get lost. Fh and I plan on getting a kitten and a pug. I've always wanted a pug and I plan on naming it potato.

Oh Boy! I have 3 Furbabies and I love them sooooo.
1st Is my baby, my big baby Tressa. She is our 3 year old Pitbull. She has two different colored eyes, enjoys licking my face and hands for as long as I allow, being my jogging buddy, and cuddling under her blankey every night on the couch. She is terrified of lightening, water bottles, the cats, and other dogs. Don't even get me started on the breed- We can't even bring her to the Vet because when she is surrounded by unknown animals she panics and shakes and cries every time to the point of driving her body temperature up to a dangerous level and pooping all over the floor. lol
My Cat Tiger Lily is a domestic Tabby, who is 4 years old and a pro bird hunter (unfortunately- ick). She is very independent and usually goes about her business all day, and tries to not play with the dog, although Tressa insists on chasing her all the time which Tigerlily responds to by scratching poor Tressa's nose up. (Tressa still hasn't realized shes bigger and tougher than a 7lb cat!) lol
Then there is Genevieve, who is actually my sister's Cat. After Sandy destroyed our home (I lived with my sister and her 2 daughters) I moved in with my now FH and she had to go into a temp apartment while she waited for rebuilding, which doesn't allow for pets so I have Genevieve for now. My niece who is my Goddaughter asked if I'm Genevieve's God Mother too since I care for her, so I say shes my GodCat now lol. She is very playful, About 3 years old. Likes cheese, steals ornaments off trees, and always tries to squeeze between me and FH at night. Very cute, very annoying lol.

My little nugget is a Maltese...he just turned 8 in February. He's my best friend, and he totally has my personality. He's a grumpy little man but SO SO cute. I don't know what I'd do without him!

We have a 7 month old chocolate Havanese named Mossimo....we got him 1 week before the hurricane hit and needless to say it has been quite difficult training him and getting him into a routine. He loves living at my grandparents with us now till we move. He is still into puppy things and really is freaking cute. We drove 6 hours to get him I will never forget walking into our breeders house and seeing him!...
We do not have a dog. We are both 'OPD' people (other people's dogs loll) because we love to travel, whether it be far or just away for the weekend somewhere, and both of our sets of parents are not dog people and our friends aren't too reliable when it comes to dog-sitting and making sure they actually remember haha... so we decided the money we would have to spend putting a dog in a kennel, paying for vet visits, etc. we could be traveling instead! We are all kid people, and both sides of the family literally are itching for a grandchild, so we will have no problem finding sitters for them! hahah

I have a 4 year old Shih Tzu named Lacey. She's a spoiled princess that doesn't like other dogs. She only likes humans because she's convinced she is one. I treat Lacey like she's my baby. She sleeps with me in my bed every night and we cuddle. I'm not taking her with me when I get married because she's our family dog so I don't know what I'm going to do without her!
FH has 3 dogs but only one is coming with us. He's a 2 year old Wheaten Terrier. Riley is just a big ball of energy and is always so happy. He also loves to play mean jokes on his two sisters!

Yay another Havanese person!!!! Carlos had a rough puppy stage too, he would literally pick up any speck of anything on the ground, it was infuriating but we finally broke him of that habit! Luckily, he was never a chewer though so he (thankfully) hasn't ruined any of our furniture. I know it's probably tough to get him into a routine after the madness of the hurricane but Havanese are so smart and I'm sure he'll pick it up! We have Carlos trained to ring a bell when he has to go out, it's so funny. Your pup is so cute!

I have a 7 year old Maltipoo named Chloeanne. I had her before FH. So he is kind of her dad lol. She is my world. Totally obsessed. Christmas pictures and all She will be moving with FH & I when we get a place & I know my parents are going to miss her so much.

FH and I do have a furbaby... we got him shortly after moving in together. His name is Riley and he is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We definitely treat him like a baby.. he sleeps under the covers with us! He is around 2 1/2 now but people on the street always think he is a puppy because he LOVES people and thinks everyone is his best friend. That is definitely not the case..sigh... lol.

I don't live with FH yet but I have a family dog.. His name is Mikey, he is a 1 year old boxer!!! He's soooo cute but so rambunctious!! I will miss him when I leave but eventually me and FH will get a puppy of our own :)

I still live with my parents they have 2 cats Leah and peanut they drive me crazy but my parents and sisters love them.
Our furbaby is a black kitten with yellow eyes. His name is Comet, he's almost 9 months old, and I love him more than life itself.
ETA: I also have a 15-year old tortoiseshell (cat) named Cupcake that I grew up with. She lives with my parents. Even though I considered her mine growing up, my mom wouldn't let me take her when I moved out. It made sense since she's so old and she lives with another cat who can keep her company (my mom's cat). But boy, was it hard leaving her!

I have two furbabies that are brother and sister. Ozzy my boy cat and lilly my girl cat they turn 14 this July. Ozzy is a black tabby and lilly is a very pretty tabby with a mostly black back white belly and white boots and gloves. Ozzy is my mush who follows me around the house actually will give kiss and is the biggest lap cat. Lilly is my girl who is just so darn cute but she is only a lap cat to me she is very specific of who she wants to cuddle up to. Fh has fallen in love with them and he considers them his too. I love them both so much and couldn't imagine not having them around.

Congrats to your family! That's such great news.
My fur baby is the love of my LIFE (sorry FH). He's an 19 month old English Bulldog named DaVinci. He's so cute that I want to just kick him in the face!! He loves to cuddle, sleep, eat, sleep, have treats, and sleep. This is FH's first dog and we're having him wear a bow tie at the wedding lol.
I have the sweetest fur baby named Daphne! She is 3 years old and she is a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I tell her every day that she is my best girl friend! She is such a cuddle bug! My FH and I do let her sleep in the bed and although she is small she takes up so much room. She rarely barks and she is super smart. She knows a lot of words and is able to identify and retrieve about 7 of her toys! She is definitely the second best thing that happened to me and I cherish every moment I spend with my puppa!
I don't have fur babies...yet! I LOVE dogs and can't wait until I own a home and can finally have one. All the pictures of your fur babies makes me want one even more!
