Happy Thursday! We've *almost* reached the long weekend - hooray!
Question: Where is everyone planning their honeymoon? Have you booked it yet and how long are you planning to go for?
Answer: This is probably one of the best parts of wedding planning!! We have been throwing around a few ideas (St. Lucia, Costa Rica, Spain), but we keep coming back to Greece! I would love to visit the islands, specifically Santorini. They have the most beautiful hotels right on the cliffs with private outdoor jacuzzis on the terrace with an amazing view of the sunset and water. We will probably go for around 10 days. Just thinking about it makes me want to go NOW...

We are doing a 12 day Southern Caribbean cruise on the new Norwegian Breakaway! We leave the day after our wedding & I can NOT wait. We already booked our swim with the dolphins!!
We did this in Cozumel on our last cruise, and the one piece of advice I can give you is wear secure bikini bottoms! I grabbed onto the dolphin's fin for that long swim when the dolphin pulls you across the pool...from the second we took off my bikini bottoms were around my ankles and my butt was just skimming the surface of the water across the whole pool - the cameramen were DYING and like gentlemen, they turned their cameras off, hahah. I was so terrified I would lose grip of the bottoms off my ankle and have to go swimming through the huge 30 foot deep pool to find my bikini bottoms!

FH and I haven't booked anything yet but we're thinking about Vegas. He doesn't like to fly super long distances so I was shocked when he suggested it!

We did this in Cozumel on our last cruise, and the one piece of advice I can give you is wear secure bikini bottoms! We don't know if we will be able to afford a honeymoon since we are paying for the wedding ourselves. We might do a mini moon to upstate NY (Catskills, Lake George, Fingerlakes Region), and maybe go on a proper honeymoon 4-6 months after our wedding. We're thinking of the Caribbean, Iceland or Thailand..

Laugh away! Hahah I was laughing the whole time...one of my best vacation memories. I was dyinggg, and the second the dolphin took off and they fell down I impulsively screamed 'MY A-- IS OUT!' otherwise the group would've had no idea because they couldn't see. I had to shimmy the bottoms back on real quick before I stood up on the platform. So ridiculous hahah only me!

We just booked our honeymoon this past weekend! We are leaving out of Ft. Lauderdale on a cruise on the Celebrity Silhouette to Cozumel, Grand Cayman, Jamaica, Haiti and back to Ft. Lauderdale!

I wanted to leave day after. But just today we've decided to push it back 2 months (sept) it will take a lot of pressure off is and there should be less kids on the cruise since we would be leaving during the first week of school.

FH really wants to take a private catamaran through the British Virgin Islands. I'm totally up for it but there will be no TV or internet and the room is about 8 x 8. I'm just kinda nervous that we are going to kill each other by the end of the trip ( ;

We haven't decided on a lot yet and we've thrown around some ideas but were about 99% positive we want to wait two or three months after to go so that work will be slower for me and I can take more time and it won't be hurricane season.. But FBIL has a timeshare and is giving us a week wherever we want (basically in the world) for our gift!!
