Happy Thursday! We've *almost* reached the long weekend - hooray!
Question: Where is everyone planning their honeymoon? Have you booked it yet and how long are you planning to go for?
Answer: This is probably one of the best parts of wedding planning!! We have been throwing around a few ideas (St. Lucia, Costa Rica, Spain), but we keep coming back to Greece! I would love to visit the islands, specifically Santorini. They have the most beautiful hotels right on the cliffs with private outdoor jacuzzis on the terrace with an amazing view of the sunset and water. We will probably go for around 10 days. Just thinking about it makes me want to go NOW...

We are going to Sandals La Toc in St. Lucia from 5/29-6/5 next year... We are staying in a 2 story verandah butler suite, going zip lining, scuba diving, getting a couples massage and hiking through a volcano and I seriously can't wait to go!! :)

We're taking an 8 day trip to Italy starting in Florence and working our way down the coast. I can't wait!

We're staying at the brand new Secrets resort in Cabo that's supposed to open later this year. We can't wait! We were recently upgraded to an ocean view king suite so I'm looking forward to that view every morning
I'm also trying to convince FH to spend 3 nights in San Francisco before we go to Cabo, but he's not 100% on board yet. Luckily, FMIL is on my side on this one and thinks we should do it so that should help my cause out a bit.
@cets1290 we stayed at sandals la toc two years ago, if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask!

I had no idea but apparently in October it's still hurricane season for the Caribbean - I thought it was mostly August, so we have really look more into where we can go. FH was tossing around Aruba which would be gorgeous neither of us have been there but still not 100% sure.

1st. Paris for 4 days 2nd. Rome for 4 days 3rd. 11-night Eastern Mediterranean cruise: -Rome, Italy -Florence/Pisa, Italy -Monte Carlo, Monaco -Provence, France -Barcelona, Spain -Valencia, Spain -Cagliari, Sardinia -Carthage, Tunisia -Palermo, Sicily -Naples, Italy
So our total honeymoon will be 19-nights. I'm so excited for every part, because we've only been to Portugal and a little bit of Southern Spain, but I can't wait to see Palermo & Naples because that's where my family is from. Can't come soon enough!

It sounds like everyone has great plans! This is what we are trying to decide right now. Its tough. FH is a big baby lol and will not get on a plane. He wanted to stay local but I refuse lol so I talked him into a cruise (out of NY) which I've already done a few times before, but I am glad we can at least take a big trip together. Haven't decided which one Bermuda, Bahamas, Caribbean ...so we don't know when yet. Its touch to make a choice! I would have liked to go right after but that would mean July, which equals a lot of kids and super hot...so maybe we will wait...decisions decision
Nothing's set in stone yet, but right now we're looking to do 3 days in Orlando (either Disney or Universal... I've never been to Universal but DISNEY, you guys...) and then 7 days at the Sandals in Antigua. We thought 10 days straight on the beach would get monotonous so we decided to do something busy in the beginning and then just relax for a week straight.

We are planning to do hawaai/vegas. It is not booked yet but we will be staying 7 nights in Maui 4 nights on Oahu & 3 nights in Vegas :) I cant wait! We vare going to plan/book it next month :)

Fh requested someplace tropical. We are going to hawaii for a wedding injuly so I'm thinking jamaica because its one of the only places in the ccaribbean that I've never been to.

We have not booked anything yet, so all of our plans can change... but we've been looking at St. Marteen for 2-3 nights then taking a ferry over to Anguilla for 7-9 nights. Looking for a 10-12 night stay somewhere, as we never take vacation and who knows when we will take out next one after this!

We haven't booked our honeymoon just yet, might have to wait until FH gets his vacation picks at work later on this year. But we are planning to do a Mediterranean cruise in Europe, or Greece & Italy for at least 11-19 days..I can't wait until we book it!!

We are doing a 12 day Southern Caribbean cruise on the new Norwegian Breakaway! We leave the day after our wedding & I can NOT wait. We already booked our swim with the dolphins!!

We did this in Cozumel on our last cruise, and the one piece of advice I can give you is wear secure bikini bottoms! I grabbed onto the dolphin's fin for that long swim when the dolphin pulls you across the pool...from the second we took off my bikini bottoms were around my ankles and my butt was just skimming the surface of the water across the whole pool - the cameramen were DYING and like gentlemen, they turned their cameras off, hahah. I was so terrified I would lose grip of the bottoms off my ankle and have to go swimming through the huge 30 foot deep pool to find my bikini bottoms!

Everyone keeps asking us this. I have no idea. FH does not like beaches so that eliminates, um 90% of options. He wants to do Europe. Rent a car and drive and explore type of thing (he is from Naples, Italy). Guess we will see!
