Are you and FH exchanging wedding day presents? If so is there anything you would want, or even asked for? Or would you want to be totally surprised about it? And what do you think he would want? Has he asked you for anything? What would your limit be on the gift. Being that we all are spending thousands on the wedding?
Well maybe a new IPhone LOL. Since mine is a bag full of rice right now!!! Maybe a present 13 months earlier LOL
I always want a Louie bag. He knows I want one. I haven't told him which one but I think I'm getting it lol. He said whatever she wants she is marrying me!!!! So my MOH will know which one :). And I want a honeymoon present!!! New Sunglasses!!!! I'm asking for way to much!!!
I plan on getting him a Movado or another kind of watch. He hates the watch I bought him when I was in Miami, and he looks so good with a watch on. Plus I'm gonna get him a new pair of honeymoon sunglasses too!!!
My limit is up to 2k. I'll put money away each pay check I'll be fine! I ask for a lot but we never went overboard with gifts and I feel that we only get married once and not getting each ther presents for the year and a half adds up to this one gift.

We've talked about it, and I'm pretty sure we are.
There's nothing specific that I want (yet ) or that I've asked for. I know he'd probably want to give me jewelry or something, but I'm probably going to have my DOJ custom done, so he wouldn't be able to give me that - unless he surprises me and tells me he's paying for it when I go to get it made! But honestly, all I really want from him is a card or letter, something that's small and personal.
As for him, I'm getting him Batman cuff links for sure. I don't know what else yet. I'm thinking about making up a basket for all the guys for before the wedding with some shot glasses and a bottle of alcohol I know he'll appreciate that.

Considering in the last year he has pretty much bought the ring, a house, a dog and he bought me a car yesterday, I don't think I can ask for a wedding day gift He still whines that he didn't get an engagement gift from me.
I plan to get him a watch of some kind. I forget the brand he said he wants now...grr
**wait, actually the wedding gift I did ask for is I want him to buy the perfume he wants me to wear that day. He's not allowed to pick something that I already have

I don't think we are. I don't think he even knows this is a thing that people do, lol.
We're taking a dream honeymoon (for us) to Spain for two weeks, so we're shelling out a lot of money between the wedding and HM.
Christmas and his birthday will be in the few months leading up to the wedding, so maybe I can lump something in.
I'm thinking of paying for the string trio he wants as a surprise since its out of budget (shhhh) :)

I dunno...b/c we never really talked about it but i really want to do those pin-up pictures for him and of course i would give it to him after the wedding ...but the funny part is that my FH is sooo picky and it drives me crazy half the time but im sure besides i really have to think about it

Yes, I think we will be exchanging gifts.
Right now my plan is to give him my b-pix on our wedding night but I dont know if Ill be able to hold out that long since Ill be taking them this fall. If I cant hold out, or even if I do, I might get him a nice watch to wear the day of.
I have no idea what I'd want. The only thing I do know is I want a nice card or note from him written in his chicken scratch handwritting lol

^^this! He probably doesn't even know people do this lol. I don't want anything from him anyway. I usually get things I want myself. I rather us put the money towards the cruise of the Mediterranean and stay in Italy than buy eachother a piece of jewelry or whatever it may be.
Aw the string trio would be such a nice surprise! i like that idea.

Yes, we're exchanging presents. I am giving him the boudoir photos in an album, but I dont know what he will get me. All of his gifts are always thoughtful so it doesnt matter to me. We dont have a set budget for gifts. Whatever it costs for the boudoir session and album and I guess I'll give him that number for a budget? I have no clue yet

When I mentioned us exchanging wedding gifts, FH laughed and said “Isn’t the wedding gift enough?”.
I am planning to get him a nice gift. I was actually thinking of getting him 2013 Mets season tickets (probably partial). I originally asked him for diamond studs. If he doesn’t get me anything, I’ll be fine with it. We are paying for the wedding ourselves and he’s so great with gifts, so I don’t need anything extra. ? I can wait for my birthday, which is in July.

We are def exchanging gifts... but they will be surprises! I am having a little trouble figuring out what to get him (at this point I'll just tell him his gift is ME!!! )... haha no, but I have some ideas I'm working on. Apparently he already has mine done!

This is what I asked for Valentine's Day and it was one of the best gifts he could have ever gotten me. There is nothing as sweet and thoughtful as a hand-written love letter.
I cried when I read my letter for Vday. I hope he does it again for our wedding day.

We haven't talked about it yet, but this is a really good question!
I want to get boudoir pics done for FH for his wedding night gift. No clue what I would even want...I never ask for anything expensive or fancy because I'm super clumsy and a mess so it'd probably get ruined. We're also the annoying kinds of people who never ask for things/don't even know what we want even if it's a week before a major holiday or birthday lol.
If we do tangible gifts, I'd like to cap our limit around 1000 each.
On the other hand, if we do something experiential, I wouldn't mind not putting a limit on an amazing honeymoon. We won't have our HM until a few months after the wedding and I want it to be *awesome*.

Wow... with our wedding 14-15 months away, I haven't gotten any where near this nitty gritty yet.
I personally realize FH and I will probably spend at least the night and full day before an evening wedding apart. I know I'm the type of person my nerves will kick in and I will feel a bit frazzled with just so much going on around me. Big events and lots of people have the tendency to overwhelm me when I'm feeling overemotional.
So I'm hoping to send/leave each other with personalized letters - a love note of affirmation and jokes.
I'm also one of those people who want a first look so I'm not a complete wreck at the alter.

We aren't exchanging gifts, just cards. The only kinda gifts FH likes are the video game kind so our honeymoon is our gift to each other. He gets to go climb through caves and I get to relax on a beach

My FH loves watches and he really wants a new one. So, I'm going to surprise him and buy a Breitling watch. I think I want a bracelet or necklace.
