3 weeks to go!!!! Am I forgetting anything????

Why do I feel like I am not ready!!! Three weeks to go, but only one more week of planning because school starts on the 4th for me!

OK, what am I forgetting:

Dress - final fitting tomorrow.

Shoes - pick them up this afternoon.

Still need to get hair pins and do my hair trial.

Tuxes - all ordered and everyone has been
measured. Scheduled to pick them up the day before the wedding.

Florist - booked

Photographer - booked

Rings - ordered and we should pick them up next week.

Favors - seashell ornaments. Ordered and they should be ready this week. I then have to box them and ribbon them.

Confetti - ordered and should be in this week. I then have to put handfuls into little tulle baggies I bought at Michael's.

Ceremony mucis - booked (harpist)

DJ - booked

Reception hall - obviously booked!

place cards - got em'

flowergirl basket - got it

decorations - almost done; hearts for the ceremony chairs; have all the material and my aunt will start making them this weekend

Video - still don't have this!!!!

jewlery - still don't know what I am going to wear

priest - booked - final meeting Saturday

marriage license - we plan to go the week before the wedding.

Is that it????I feel like I am forgetting soemthing??

THen again.. how should I know.. ive still got a year plus to go.

That is so funny you said that! The other day I was walking around my house in my wedding shoes (I am getting them back today because I sent them to be dyed) and shorts and a t-shirt. My front door has a screen door and we keep the door opened pretty much all day. Well here I am in my kitchen in my wedding shoes and shorts and this guy selling siding kocks on the screen door I felt like such and idiot. I answered and just said 'Don't mind the shoe's, I'm justmaking a fashion statement'!

No must have shots for the photographer because he is doing all candids. No poses.

This is our second wedding so we are not having a RD. On August 30th after we have our final meeting with the priest we are having our family and those invloved in the wedding over our house for dinner to go over things. Then 1/2 before the ceremony the priest will do a run-through with us.

Gifts, we are only having a MOH and Best man. Should we get them gifts?? They both had the same roles in our first wedding. My MOH did not buy her dress, she is wearing sometnhing she already had and FI rented the tux for his BM.

I would still get them something little to say thank you, even though they did not lay out any money.

Limo, yes! I have to book that but we are only taking the limo from the house to the beach, so that should be easy. I will call tomorrow.

Favors, seashell ornaments. I just picked them up today and they are beautiful!!! I love them! Now I have to box them. Only 32 so that shouldn't take to long. FI is traveling on business so maybe I'll do it tonight

For an ornament, only one per couple right??

Bridget, I agree I want to get them something but what? Any ideas ladies? I only have a MOH and FI only has a BM.

We are styaing out at a B & B in North Fork area for Saturday night and Sunday night. Only taking off from work on Monday. our official honeymoon is during Christmas break because I teach

Makeup - I wasn't crazy about my trial so I am contemplating doing it myself.

To do a link: see under all the emoticons..it says 'insert link'. click that and box comes up and you put in a title of what the link is, like 'seashell favors'. hit enter and box changes to put in http://....etc. I copy and paste the URL and put it in there and viola! Your link!
