30 Day Shred

I have read some threads in the past about the 30 day shred and how successful you ladies were on it. I purchased it yesterday at target and will shred tonight. Wish me luck

i bought it like 2 weeks ago and have done it a few times...def sore after the first 2 times i did it but i really like it!

I have been doing that and weight watchers (about a week and 1/2) and have lost 6 lbs so far!

Thank you! Btw, just reading that you wrote 'holy canoli' just made me crack up lol

also, I will get back into the swing of things soon after we have moved, but last night I sat on the couch eating a bag of fritos lol :( I love it!
