it will kick your butt alright...the shred is torture. i tried it once on excercise on demand was sore the entire next day. i def have to buy it!

Excellent! I sound so sick right? No really, I am booking my e-shoot for begining of May, and while I am an avid gym go-er, its nights like this (snowy and gross) that slow down the process. I need to be really toned by than. I'm almost there but I think my body is use to my workouts.

BTW I ordered it from Target for like $12 (including shipping).

I know how you feel. I LOVE the gym. I wouldve gone tonight..but I didnt feel like driving in this weather. The shred is amazing for toning up. I work out a few days a week and it was still a hardcore workout for me.
