ok so today i was at work, and yesterday i ordered the 30 day shred off amazon. well fh was home, and decided to open my mail, as usual. and was thinking that the dvd was a bunch of bull. so he did level two and three and said it worked awesome!! this is coming from someone who has played sports professionally, and won strength and conditioning awards. a tough critic. he said it was a great dvd and he was sweating, and really felt it worked muscle groups! i am so excited now. going to do it tomorrow morning before the turkey. oh by the way he also used my five pound purple weights during the dvd.

LOL!!!!!!! My FH tried it too!! He told me he finished it.... but when I turned it on the next day, I found out that he didnt even finish level 2 (bc if u dont finish, it'll start when the dvd was shut off) hahahahah he stopped during the workout LOL!!!

i haven't even tried it yet. this morning it was so quiet when i walked our dog, i went for a run instead. then i had to make the cookies. so i feel guilty for not trying it yet...but i had an awesome run this morning.

I am so glad that you posted this. I want to get that dvd soo bad. Did you get the pack of 5 dvds or just the one dvd?
