I did the 30 day shred & started with Level one. I think its good for people who are just starting to workout. Personally for me I think i need to start with Level 2 at least. So tomorrow is gym & Thurs Ill try level 2. I dont want to skip to Level 3 just yet. I need to try them all. I guess because ive been working out like this for years that Level 1 isnt enough for me. I do however think its a great workout. Jillian is a great trainer & knows what shes talking about. So im excited to try Level 2!

Re: 30 day shred Review...
I actually felt level 2 was easier than level one cardio wise so I skipped to level 3. I think it is a great addition to a workout program for people who already workout and it is an AWESOME program for people who don't like the gym or running or anything like that.

I thought Level 2 was easier than Level 1 as well. Every now and then I will still do Level 1 because it gives me a good arm workout.

try it, you can intensify any of the moves..do the cardio with weights, add plyometrics to it...etc

Re: 30 day shred Review...
I've been slacking with my 30 Day Shred. I haven't even tried Level 3 yet. But, I would say if you've been working out for years, then I would skip to Level 3 and I would alternate between Level 1 and Level 3. Personally, Level 1 is the only one that leaves me a little sore the next day. Level 2 does nothing for me.

I used 10lb weights thru the entire level 1 except during the abs obviously. I tried to intensify Level 1 as much as i could. I incorporated plyometrics during the punching and butt buster. I guess ill try Level 2 & if its to easy then ill move on.

WOWWWW!!! I totally agree!!!!! I loooooved level 1 and felt like I got such a workout....then tried level 2 and felt like EHHHHH and not too satisfied... so I went to Level 3 which is a bit of a challenge so I'd recommend you to do level 3 if you've been working out for years and thought level 1 was a breeze. The first time I did level 1, my legs were shaking LOL!!!!!!!!

Re: 30 day shred Review...
I think level 3 is quite difficult I have been doing level three for at least 20 days now and I am still doing the 'beginner' moves that Anita does. ie certain moves on my knees in a plank instead of on my toes in a plank. Level 3 has certainly given me the most results! I did think level 2 was harder than level 1 but this is really the first time in my life that I have been dedicated to a workout program. I never stuck with anything else. I guess this program is really the first program that ever really got me to actually work out. HTH

Re: 30 day shred Review...
I am so excited about this post. With work and school I dont have time to go to the gym anymore. Have you girls noticed results? Also do you think you will get results if you dont have time to go to the gym??? How often do you guys do it. Sorry for the 21 questions

I actually just tried it last night for the first time with Level ONe and I'm definitely sore, but I was nervous it wasn't enough calorie burn so I went on the elliptical for a bit, too...but if Level 2 apparently is easier than level one, i'll try it for a bit and then go to 3. But I really liked it !

Oh - that's a great question. I just did it last night (level 1) and i'm really excited about this program and I am going to be dedicated to do it everyday....so...question: How much of a change has everyone noticed? TIA!!
