Happy Ground Hog Day!!!

Next year this tme we will be wishing for a quick Spring! Lets just hope Our year has 60 degree weather in January!

This week at work has been rough for me, but your answers to the QOTD have ended my night with a smile. I literally laughed out loud each time. In keeping with that theme todays question is two parts... I have included a questions for those who do not wnat to share in answering the first one, they can share in the second, or answer both! Im a mess!

1- What is the most embarassing thing that has happened to you in front of FH? Do you have any embarassing stories with the two of you involved?
2- What is the worst gift you have ever recieved, it can be from you FH or your mother, or a friend...

OK.. the most embarasssssing thing that has ever happened in front of FH was when he heard me.. going #2! Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!! Now everytime I go to the bathroom he starts making farting noises.. so MATURE!

The worst gift I've ever recieved was when I was a teenager from my mom.. She gave me a set of NEON colored spandex thongs for Christmas.. I almost died when I opened it in front of my whole entire family!

The most embarrassing thing just happened a few weeks ago. We have been dating over 8 years and I almost never really get embarrassed. Well I clogged the toilet and it over flowed. It was sooooo humilating because he had was trying to help me but i kept yelling 'dont touch anything, it has my poop on it!!!!!' I threw everything out, even the plunger. He was like 'you are insne, the plunger is suppose to be in the toilet!!!' I was just too grossed out and humilated. And now i am telling all of you! haha

And the worst gift I ever got was from him. we had been dating about 2 years, maybe 3. And he bought me a chair massager for christmas. I was sooo upset. a CHAIR MASSAGER!!! That is what you get your dad. Not your girlfriend. Yea that went back the next day and I got an ipod. haha.

The worst gift I ever got was from FH - Kevin got me a Pandora bracelet last year for my birthday that was in every single way wrong. It was just totally not my taste or style and had so many charms that were babyish...ack. But he learned apparently he let his dad help him pick things out, and his dad thinks all women are the same ugh

We've been together 4 years, so I feel like this can't be the ultimate embarrasing thing that's happened, but it's sure the one that sticks out the most. On our very first date, I dropped a Cheese fry down my shirt. I was praying that he didn't see and I could causally go to the bathroom to get it out. However, he still, frequently, brings it up.



As far as bad gifts go, last year my sister got me a Shrek Chia Pet. I didn't even know they still made those, lol!!

Most embarrassing moment was when we went out for one of my friend's birthdays about a week after we became 'official' and I got some kind of food poisoning. I was throwing up in the bathroom and all over the parking lot/outside of his car.... there was no way I was going to be able to handle the drive home. So we actually fell asleep in the back seat of his car haha.... I woke up to a few of my friends checking on us

As far as bad gifts go, I really can't think of any thing horrible.... I guess that's a good thing!

Most embarassing thing- Idk...nothing really comes to mind. We're pretty goofy together, so I cant think of anything that really sticks out as embarassing. I'll have to come back to this one.

As far as worst gift... Hmm that would have to go to FMIL. While she gets me great gifts and I am grateful she thinks of me... She also thinks FH and I are about age 6. One year I told her that I like Tinkerbell. Not an obsession, just casually liked it. For the ENTIRE year, she bought me EVERYTHING TINKERBELL... I'm talking coloring books, pencil sharpener and notebook sets, christmas stocking, ornaments, tshirts, lunchbox... it got to the point where she was about to get me a whole car set and I had to stop her

Worst gift was from an ex boyfriend who got me the same perfume my grandmother wore! I think it was called Red Door. I ask him what made him get it and he says I smelled a bunch of perfumes and liked this 1 best. In my head I was like really??? Out of ALLLLL the perfumes u choose an old lady scent?! I couldnt bring myself to tell him cuz he was all smiling and happy smh.. so I was forced to put it on and smell like my grandma all day I never wore it again! Lol

I have the same issue just with a different item!

The most embarassing thing I ever did in front of FH?? When I burped for the first time it was kind of embrassing and the first time we went to a nude beach in Jamaica I was embrassed for like an hour but not really in front of FH...just everyone else. After a few hours it goes away though.

Worst gift was this elderly lady at my old job gave me a set of used tupperware. LMAO I opened a modern box of clear tupperware with red tops and inside was old arse orange and pea green fake tupperware that I knew was used. LMAO That lady was awesome but man what a herrendous gift!

I can’t believe I’m about to type this out. I’ve never told anyone this story before…. So, FH and I went out to NYC with some friends for the night. We met them at their house in Queens for drinks. After a few shots, we made our way into NYC. Half way into the night, the shots hit me and I knew I had to get home. So we left the club and FH and I started to make our way home. I ended up falling asleep on the subway and FH woke me before our stop. Well…it wasn’t pretty. I ended up throwing up in my purse.

Someone riding in the car handed FH a plastic bag. I was mortified!!! Granted I’ve been drunk with FH around, but I’ve never thrown up in front of him, let alone in a Subway car and in my purse!! I cried all the way home and I made him swear never to tell a soul.

FH is a great gift giver! But there is one gift that he totally failed on and I still tease him about it. One Christmas early on in our relationship, I asked for PJs. I should have specified cute PJs (long pants and a tank top). He ended up getting me “Grandma” PJs. They were a long pants with a long sleeve button up matching top and a strange print. They were terrible!!!

LOL I do this when I'm at FH's apartment. I don't want his friends/ roommates to hear.

There are 2 things that I embarassed myself in front of FH - one is that I have fallen down the stairs twice (once breaking my ankle) just because I'm a klutz and I felt sooo stupid both times lol. The second thing is right after we started dating, like a week or two later, I was on vacation with my family and called him constantly bitching about how terrible my family was and how I wanted to leave - its a miracle he stayed with me after how much of a ***** I was that whole week lol.

I cant really think of any really terrible gifts I've received so I guess I never got anything that terrible. I'm a very easygoing person tho and usually love everything I get haha

OMG!!! This happened to me but way worse!!! Me & FH got completely wasted (first & LAST time I ever drank like that!) & ended up at his mother's house so his brother could take me home.. Well, unfortunately, I started puking. FH was too drunk to take care of me so I got it out of my system and left.. The next day I was MORTIFIED to learn that FMIL had to clean the whole bathroom on MOTHER's DAY because FH was too hungover to clean up after my mess..Needless to say she got a bigggg bouquet of flowers from me.. I was so embarrased and I've never drank like that ever again!!!
