4 days until my wedding! Spray tanning?

I'm getting married on Sunday!! I still cant believe it! I was gonna do the crash tanning, 2x a day but now I heard a bride did that once, 3 times in one day and her insides cooked, and she actually died. Don't know for sure if its true, but scared the hell out of me so now I'm paranoid to go at all.

Anyway, anyone know of a good salon where they actually spray you? I went to Hollywood tans years ago, where the machine spray tans you and I had no idea what I was doing and came out horrible, from my own doing of course! So I'm really looking for a trained professional to spray me. Any suggestions? When should I go? The day before, 2 or 3 days before? TIA!!!

Thank you! I'll call them today! Wow your getting married in 2 days! You must be just as nervous and excited as I am! I've been up since 4, I cant sleep lol

Their insides cooked is not possible but def a scary thought! LOL

The machines are terrible, airbrush by a good professional is DEF the best way. If you dont mind going into the city I would suggest Sundara salon. Its a salon that ONLY spray tans, its 1 woman who operates the salon and she is A TRUE ARTIST! Shes AMAZING! Its the only place I go when I spray tan. Its COMPLETELY natural looking, in NO WAY Orange, she gives you this beautiful sun kissed glow without looking OVERLY done or tanned, shes turned me PALE WHITE as a ghost to looking like I have the most perfect sun kissed glow, completely even. I get compliments all the time on my tan when I go and of course I lie and just say thanx! LOL

She has a website Sundaranyc.com, you can look up her reviews on citysearch.com, shes got NOTHING but rave reviews. Shes been around for A WHILE, Ive been going there for years when I have an event, Ive NEVER been disapointed.

And 1 other suggestion, if your getting married Sunday I would go Fri because you cant shower for 24 hours and the first time you shower you cant use a scrub or wash cloth or even soap. She tells you to just shower to wash away access and then when you take a second shower you can use soap but use your hands no scrub or washcloth.
Since Im sure you dont want to smell like tanning spray on your wedding day I would just say go on a fri =)))

there is a place in roslyn called red hots its like $45...i think they do it by hand...ive never been because i like to 'bake' my insides lol...but everyone i know raves about it

ITA! Beach Bum airbrush tan looked great on me, unfortunately I had a freakin hs student spraying me and didnt explain to me that i should probably take my top off bc it leaves really really bad 'tan' lines.

My advice, do airbrush tanning and go topless and wear a g-string, since you cannot go completely nude and you have a person spraying you.

Thank you so much girls!!! Is it hard to get an appt at Beach Bum? I wanted to do it tomorrow morning, or is that not a good idea because I will be all sticky and smelly? lol

Polished skin care in Bayport also does spray tan by hand. I had it done once and it looked awesome.

i have done beach bum so many times!! i love them!! just make sure you do two coats!! and leve it on for like 8 hrs then shower, you will smell like burnt waffles and syrup for a little but it will seal in the color!! congrats !!
