I'm stressing. Its 4 weeks to my wedding and I still have no dress. After the bridal suite of huntington ordered me the wrong dress, I'm getting a custom one made...I did not expect this to happen to me
When are you supposed to get it? I'm actually getting my dress custom made overseas and I haven't received it yet either. Don't stress! Alterations can be made fairly quickly.
Well my first dress was getting custom made overseas which is why i had to order it back in october. But the dress is getting made on the island so at least I don't have to deal with shipping out of the country now

OMG I could just imagine the panic you must be feeling. But TRY to be calm. Did the person making your dress give you a day it will be ready?
Can you start looking for a back up dress at RK or someplace that has a lot of sample dresses? Kleinfeld's is having a sample sale on August 6 if that is a possibility.
Get a backup dress in case. If you order something from Nordstrom you can return it afterwards as long as it's new. I ordered a wedding dress a few months back and did not like it and returned it to Roosevelt Fields
A Salon in the City called Forever Amour Bridal has designer dresses with out the designer price ready to be bought and worn off the rack.... They have a great selection and you can get a dress for about $1500 to $2500 max. Call them at 212 486-2900 for an appointment
