43 days out…what's left?

Hi guys!

What's on your to do lists when you're 1-2 months out from your wedding?

I went to dinner last night with two of my BMs and they think I'm in good shape but since I've been focused so much on work and school and our moving process, I can't help thinking I might be overlooking things. For example, we JUST ordered our wedding bands! They'll be here in time, thank goodness, but it was definitely one of those DUH moments!

I think you do your menu? if you haven't already. at the hall. actually I have no idea when to do stuff lol so if anyone replies.... my moh just got married last month and I remember a month before she did menu stuff.

I'm so ready to do menu stuff! We're waiting for the info from FH now, we're supposed to get something in the mail letting us know when to come in but my parents have been on vacation for a few weeks and I live in Manhattan.

I also am weirdly excited to do the seating charts, but we still have another week for rsvps to come in…and already getting drama over the options from fiancé's family

This sounds silly, but I read it somewhere on a to-do list. Don't forget to get your e-ring cleaned for your wedding day!! Also, make an envelope for each vendor for their final payment and tips.

O man not silly at all! I had read that too but forgot until you reminded me thanks! I should start making the envelopes while I have time…and one of these days I need to find a hairpiece for when I take the veil off. I don't know where my time went!!

You're getting so close!! I would definitely start making a list of all the things you need to have set to bring to the hall that week. That way over the next few days when you realize you've forgotten something, you can just add it on. Every time we order something I write it down so that the week of, I'm not stressed lol. I was also going to mention start making your tip envelopes so they're ready to go also

That's a great idea - I know when I try to do everything all at once I alwaayyysss leave something out! I'm taking off the day of work I need to bring everything over to the venue, so it'll help me out to have a triple-checklist beforehand. I'm also going to take pictures of how I want things set up to put with everything…because Martha Stewart suggested it and I am super type A!
