I'm already married, this question isn't for me, I'm just asking: Is 5 places too many to be registered at? I'm talking like a full registry at all places

Re: 5 places?
How many people are you inviting? 5 full registries sounds like a lot.

Re: 5 places?
have these people registered for the same item in different stores or just ALOT of stuff from different stores? Maybe they did so they could get their stuff at a discount? I know at Macy's and other places, you can buy stuff that didn't sell off your registry at a 10% discount.

A lot of the same type of stuff, and the stores are similar, and Macy's isn't one of them.

Re: 5 places?
I have no idea why someone would register for the same type of stuff multiple times. Why does one couple need two vaccums?! LOL!!
Maybe they clicked on everything they liked and are slowly vetting out the stuff they don't want?

Re: 5 places?
That sounds like a lot to me. I don't think I'd be able to fill up the registry with things, unless I got lots of sheets and towels.

Re: 5 places?
Yea that seems a bit much! I did mine in 2 places, but one place had the bulk of the items.

Re: 5 places?
I thought 3 was a lot. I didn't want to overwhelm people. I wanted it to be easy for them so, I only had 2

Re: 5 places?
eh, I don't see the big deal. Maybe she wants to give her guests a variety of places to choose from - maybe she's having a very big wedding. It wouldn't bother me.

Re: 5 places?
it seems like a lot unless she is having a very big wedding. I think 2 or 3 is more the norm.
