Bridal Reflections suggested and scheduled my first fitting 5 weeks before the wedding.
Isn't that pushing it??? Shouldn't they have more time to do my alterations?
With the wedding only 2 months away, I'm getting so nervous about everything!

I'm sure that will give them time...they're the professionals and can probably estimate by how close your measurements are to the dress size and the style of gown how long it will take to have it altered. Plus, you don't want to get it fitted too long before the wedding in case you lose weight. If it makes you feel any better, we're getting married the same day, and my dress won't be in until the end of April. They promised that was plenty of time for alterations.

David's Bridal told me to come for the first fitting 3 months in advance.
