8 min abs

I jsut saw the informercial,,do you think this is worth ordering? I get pulled in by these things,,but this looked kinda good,,anyone try it ?

I have 8 min abs AND buns. A friend of mine did the abs religiously for 3 months and had amazing abs!!! I can't seem to commit to doing it for more than 3 times a week and now our VCR has crapped out, so there goes any hope. It's defintely a good workout, I felt it immediately.

Yeah, most of those exercise tapes work if you're devoted to it. I honestly get bored of doing the same tape every day!
