8 months out & still NO dress!

I have visited only a couple of stores so far but I literally have no time to go because of my work schedule. Since I am having 2 weddings I found the dress I will be wearing in Europe but not the one for here! I can't seem to find anything I LOVE!

Can you ladies give me some stores to check out? I am looking for a ball gown dress something that is very different from the usual dress maybe with cap sleeves or some back detail. I want to go to Kleinfeld's but I'm worried if I like something it is going to be over my budget.

HELP!!! :(

You should go to Kleinfeld and tell them your budget. I'm sure they'll respect that. I've looked at the wedding salon in Macys on Herald Square and they have a pretty extensive selection.

Bridal Reflections is Massapequa has been amazing so far! Definitely check them out and see if you can work with Jody - she was great.

BRIDAL REFLECTIONS IS AWESOME!!!!!

CHeck out RK Bridal in the city and Princess Bridal in Farmingdale and Elena Bridal in Merrick I heard good things about

Have you tried David's Bridal? They have a decent selection. My dress is a ball gown (pic in album). You still have plenty of time with 8 months but get cracking! DB is good with quick ordering etc. Good luck!!

I got my dress at Kleinfeld and they only showed me dresses within my budget. I looked EVERYWHERE, I must have tried on 50 dresses but the second dress I tried at Kleinfeld was the one. I say go for it!

Yes kleinfelds is where I found mine also. They carry a lot of designers that others don't.

I had a great experience at Bridal Suite of Bay Shore. The first dress the consultant pulled for me was the one. If you can request - ask for Marie - she was AWESOME!

Thanks ladies! My first stop is BR Carle Place this weekend. They're having a trunk show for Ysa Makino and I'm obsessed with his designs. I just hope its within budget :)

I hate to say this but please don't go to klienfields..they were the biggest waste of time for me... I got my dress at pronovias and they r sooo reasonable but not sure if they have a big ball gown selection ( mine is fitted) I did try on amazing ones at bridal reflection I just didn't want a big gown....
P.S ur soo lucky u get to have 2 weddings!!

Renate's in Lindenhurst. I got my dress, bridesmaids and flower girl there. Donna is the owner, and Melissa also helped me out
