I know how you feel.
Hey it's the holidays and it just can't be controlled. I'm waiting until the new year before I start working out again.

Re: 8 pounds
awwww.. stop, its only 8 pounds. If you gained 30 okay then be upset. But all you gained was most likely five pounds of water and three pounds fat. Try to relax, 8 pounds isn't even noticalbe.

Re: 8 pounds
I would like to reply to all of you!
Girls as one of the less skinnest bride here, I'm not flipping out about my weight for my wedding. Yes I'm most like 40 pounds over weight, you know what, I'm 40 pounds over weight and I'm getting married. So guess their is at least one exteremely important person who thinks I'm beautiful besides myself. Girls you are lovely, I haven't seen a picture on here of one ugly girl. Please stop beating yourselves up. You know you like junk food, enjoy it, its the holidays were suppose to love dig in and have a little fun. Our FH should love us no matter what. And even if I don't drop one pound before my wedding day, I'm still going to be the star of the show, and I'll still look beautiful. Beauty is all personality, some of the most lovely woman are the ones with self esteem. Please don't drive yourselves nuts. So you gain a handfull of pounds, yes your seamtress may have to let out your dress a tad bit, big deal, its your wedding and your paying for her to make your dress fit you, not you fit your dress. Okay girls, stop torturing yourselves! Its not worth it.
