9 days left...

...and my Mom just called me to tell me she ran into a guest that declined this morning that wants to come now. Everything is done, seating, placecards, payments. She told her to not worry about it, that it's fine if the woman and her husband come. I feel like I want to strangle her right now. I told her that she has to find out for sure if they are coming before I begin the steps to add her.

Argh!!

Me two. Two people called Monday and said they couldn't make it after all and I just got that settled, now this. Ahhhh!!!
