9 lbs on South Beach - First Two Weeks!!

OK - I am attempting to do Phase I for another two weeks! I know - I am nuts - but obviously it's working!! If I wasn't losing weight I would have definitely stopped by now - I am so sick of cheese, meat and eggs!!

It hasn't been easy - I feel that I am hungry A LOT - because even though people say that carbs are empty calories - they do fill you up!! I am not really following the menu plans, but I am following the Food List to a T!!
I'm not craving bread,pasta, things like that - I am really craving ketchup, pizza, and sweets!
