TODAY IS A DAY THAT WE SHOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT WE HAVE IN LIFE. WHAT FRIENDS WE HAVE TO SHARE THE JOYS IN LIFE, AND SOMETIMES WHAT TROUBLES US HAVING THE SHOULDER TO LEAN ON OR THAT EAR TO LISTEN. TODAY IS A DAY TO REALIZE THAT WE SHOULDN'T FRET OVER THE PAST, YET FOCUS ON THE FUTURE. FOCUS ON THOSE RELATIONSHIPS THAT WE MAY HAVE LET FALLEN, OR JUST DIDN'T TRY HARD ENOUGH FOR. TO TRY AND MOVE PAST MISTAKES MADE, AND FOCUS ON MENDING. WE SHOULD BE REALIZING THAT WE CAN'T TAKE THINGS FOR GRANTED AND THAT WE SHOULD BE ENJOYING LIFE TO IT'S FULLEST.

I'M NOT SURE WHAT THIS DAY MEANS TO OTHER PEOPLE, BUT THIS IS WHAT MY TAKE IS ON IT......

Worrying over invites and color schemes seem kind of silly and frivolous on a day like today...but that's what can also be what keeps us going...the normalcy of it all...

I think sometimes the tragedies in life help us to focus on things that really matter...i know I try to live life more since that fateful day, and I actually am less fearful of traveling and experiencing all life has to offer...sorry terrorists I guess your plan backfired on me. You did scare the hell out of me that day...but it only kicked me in the butt to follow my dreams, and to take chances & to tell people how much they mean to me.

Remember how nice everyone was a couple of days after 9-11

Nobody was cutting anyone off or beeping there horns, people were smiling as they walked past eachother, etc. Maybe people are acting that way today but I have yet to see it. The whole world came together and treated eachother as one.

Very well said...today is a day to definitely be grateful for all the wonderful things and people in our lives!
