My FH and I have started looking for apartments to buy (looking in Park Slope, Brooklyn) and I saw 2 PERFECT apartments in the same building. I liked one more then the other but they both had basically everything we want. But according to our realtor, at least one (the one I like better and was kind of in love with) is gone. Apparently the selling broker just likes keeping up old listings to get people to call them.
So, I'm just bummed now.

Try Craigslist!! We used that when we got our apartment, I don't like going through Realtors, I have always had a better experience going directly through the owners..

I know. That's the part that really bugs me. I seriously had that place decorated in my head.
