Do they have any theme? Like maybe a Winnie the Pooh nursery then you could use a winnie the pooh quote. Or a pink theme and have it say something like 'A princess/angel sleeps here.' with her name under it.

i like Jill's idea of seeing if they have a theme to the nursery or whatnot and finding a related quote.
other idea: 'Sugar and Spice and Everything Nice'
