a couple of programs questions...

a couple of programs questions...

1.) how many are you ordering/making? per how many people?
i.e., 50 programs per 100, etc. etc.

2.) how much are you spending per program to make them, or how much per via ordering?

thanks, just want to get an idea of the normal range...
pls. specify if you're making them or ordering them.

Re: a couple of programs questions...

I'm keeping programs very simple. One 8 1/2 x 11' page, folded.

I ordered program paper from the bloomery and I'm printing the inside myself. Cost for paper was $9.99.

I don't know how many people to expect at the church. Out of 170 coming to the reception, the number at the church could be as low as 50. That said, since the paper came in a pack of 100, that's how many I'm making.

This is a great site, thank you for posting! Can you tell me about the paper stock...is it heavier than average? Thanks!

It's heavier and whiter than regular copy paper, but I wouldn't ever describe it as heavy.

i'm doing the same thing... just getting nice regular size paper and folding it in half... i'm typing it up in word with a nice font.... you can set the margins and stuff in word to be the size the paper would be folded.... our ceremony is just gonna be about 20-25 minutes long, so i'm keeping the programs simple

I bought my paper from Staples and it will be 2/3 of the page - the last 1/3 of the page will be my menu.

I'l prolly make enough for 3/4 of the people who will attend the ceremony - and since it's at the reception hall, that should be about 75 programs for 100 people.

I am making 200 (right now we will have between 175-240 people not sure on final number). I bought program paper that came to $20 and spend another $10 on ribbon that I am putting through it.
