My FH and i are looking for a home in a decent locaion in the $350,000- $375,000 range. Can anyone suggest a decent location, with a good school district?

We just bought a house in Merrick in that price range. Merrick is a great location with excellent schools.

How about Levittown. Danielle and I are going to look there when we can afford to purchase a house. You can get a levitt house or a cape for somewhere in that price range.

Plainview is more.. it will be hard to find something there for that much.. FH lives there now and we want to live there, but houses are so expensive and forget about the taxes!

How 'bout Suffolk County? Here is one of the less expensive homes in a great school district.
levittown is a good area for the value and the school system has improved alot. because of the new people moving in and redoing there property value really goes up alot.
