First question - sorry no help.

Second question - bought white 6 inch pillar candle from AC Moore. Printed poem on vellum and attached with hot glue gun, together with ribbon and heart shaped crystals.

napkins - ebay just search 'personalized napkins' or 'wedding napkins'.

memorial candle - plain white candle, clear glass vase, vellum wrapped around that says, 'In Loving Memory'.

bathroom basket - no saying. I think it's self explanatory, and I am not a fan of those types of poems, etc.

1 - We ordered our napkins and hand towels through StationaryStudio.com.

2 - N/A.
