A few 'Semi-Checks' this weekend!

So we narrowed down a few things:

Church - we pretty much decided that we're not going to have our ceremony at our college's church (due to the nonsense the college was putting us through) and we decided on The Monastery Church of the Sacred Heart in Yonkers, NY. It's actually the same church my parents were married in 1981.

Reception Hall - We have our final two choices narrowed down between GIHC (in New Rochelle) and The Estate at Florentine Gardens (in New Jersey). We're leaning towards Florentine Gardens though.

Photographer - Ricky Restiano - the minute I met with Ricky, I knew I wanted him to photograph our wedding.

Videographer - Moving Pictures, LLC (Dave) - same thing goes for Dave (as I wrote for Ricky).

Date - September 7, 2012 - we just have to finalize the date with the church (which we're doing next week) and then we can give our deposits to the RH, Photographer and Videographer

Slowly but surely it's all coming together!

Thanks girls! It's such a relief to know that things are in the works... we haven't been too overwhelmed or busy though. We didn't do anything for almost 2months after getting engaged, so now it's time to get things going

Trying to get things done. Once this is booked, the last major vendor is the DJ... Just want to get this over with so we can enjoy everything else more!
