me and FH on sunday were passing by a cigar stand. the guy does a lot of weddings and said his smallest package is $795 for 150 cigars and a roller. a bit more w/personalized labels. the package is still way too big for my wedding, so me and FH were thinking about just buying a humador with about 20-30 different cigars and presenting at the end of the wedding (around dessert time).
is it a good idea? will it still feel/look fun for the guests?
tnx!!! that is a better price and quant than what that guy quoted us, but its still too much for us. we're having a 100 ppl wedding, and about 20% are smokers
Barb, thats exactly what me and FH were thinking. just wanted to make sure that it will still be fun and interesting for the guests

are u having VH?? i think thats when u do it.. maybe ur rh sets up a cordial bar or osmething...so u can place a table next to that..
cigar and sambuca = how fh spent last sat night ..it wasnt pretty..he doesnt smoke and def cant handle liquor.. but he had fun lmao

I'm not sure if we're having VH yet. but I was thinking that BM will set up a table during the dessert and I know for sure that my side will love it.
my FH would enjoy a sat like that as well, as long as its not with my Russian side. otherwise he will end up under the table drunk as a skunk

My future SIL did that at her wedding last year. She had the DJ announce that all men are to report to the outside patio and she surprised all of them with cigars. She didn't have the actual guy there, they just bought the cigars themselves. It was a hit! All the ladies danced and the guys smoked... it was a win win!

I think it would work out great especially if you set up the table near a cordial table that way they can sip on them as they smoke.
