A great receipe site for Spanish food....
I was in the mood for Spanish chicken and rice the other nite and found a good website, and tried the receipe it was delicious. You can find it at www.Goya.com. The only thing different I did was to take the chicken out after it browned and then added it when the rice was cooking, and also I added peas to the rice mixture. ENJOY!
