a late night, mildly hungover, sun-scorched QOTD

me i guess....one of my bm and a friend from work have been great sounding boards....but i'm doing pretty much everything.....and thus, my need for a vacation NOW!!!

Me, although FH is def a part of everything. I have a small wedding party consisting of a MOH, a JrBM (who is going to be 9) and a FG. My mom has been helpful. MOH nonexistent.

Hmmm I'd have to say that I DO most, if not ALL of the work for the wedding stuff. I'm very laid back normally so it's kind of a breeze to do it all. But at times it can def be overwhelming. I do all the research, I found all the vendors, I made all the appointments, I made all the decisions on who to book and who not to, and I manage the funds for everything and take care of the payments.

With that being said FH has gone on all appointments with me. He is supportive in that way. And I recently gave him the task of booking Pre Cana and the RD with the church. I also handed the Mets tickets to him (I did all the work and paid for the tickets - but they mailed them when no one was home so they sent them back to the Mets office... so now FH is in charge of getting them back). So he has his little tasks to do.

The must supportive... as far as just being TOTALLY willing to do WHATEVER and just say how great everything is... is my one BM Jackie! She has been super sweet and phenominal through the whole process so far.

My MOH did a lot of research and bought books on things. She's incharge of the shower and the bachlorette party. Although she is having difficulties... I know she is doing A LOT!! Those are 2 big things for her to work on. And I recognize that.

I'm very thankful for the people I have around me!! Even If I am doing the bulk of the work.... it's MOSTLY stress free. The only bad parts have been things that were MOH related (shower etc)... but I think things will be OK. :D I've got some GREAT long term life long friends that are working with her and I on things. So I'm incredibly thankful for them right now.

My mother came for the dress shopping and some RH shopping we did. She didn't go on many appts with me. But she's there whenever she can be. Some thigns I didn't invite her to (like the DJ or florist appt.... etc).

FH mother is going to help MOH with the shower I think. His family is very inquisitive and sweet about everything. They are also very careful to not overstep their boundaries... although they sure can!!! They don't bother me one bit!! I like when they are involved in things!! So a lot of times i find them to be more hesitant about helping but they want to.

It would have to be my mother in law. She lives close and is paying for the wedding

Ok as far as planning mostly me, although FH has been great as far as coming with me to all the apointments, he really tries. My bridal party are willing to help I would just rather do it myself if I can so I know its right. But as far as who has been there the most has to be without question Lisa218 ....... Shes always there for me, if I have a question about vendors or DIY, or if Im having a bridezilla metdown.... shes getting married a week after me so we always seem to understand exactly what the other is going through and most likely are going through it together.

Also I have to say my bridesmaid amanda has come out of the woodwork. We have been friends forever but have diff lives, but lately she calls me every other day lol and just makes sure I dont need anything
