My FMIL and my FSIL went to Bridal Reflections in Carle Place and went get measured and the associates were so rude to her... and I feel like complaining but my FMIL told me not to say anything but I have a few other girls going in to get measured.. what should I do...
1. Speak to the Manager 2. Wait and see if it happens again then call the manager.

I would speak to a manager. You and your girls are spending a lot of money and for them to be nasty is just wrong. I think if you don't say anything how will they ever know

This isn't the first time I'm hearing about this place...I don't think I'm going to go there...and I would def call and complain...

I would definitely speak to a manager. You could spend your money at many other places- why should they make this unenjoyable?
That is the reason that I did not purchase my gown at the place where I initially found my gown- they were so cranky and not nice. I figured if I was spending over 2 grand, they should at least be nice to me and my family!

My girls got measure this weekend and the girls were very nice there - we dealt with Crystal who is the manager for the bridesmaid dept. She was very helpful, organized and nice. She even called me today after the last girl got measured to let me know and go over the order. I'm sorry you had a bad experience but I would call the manager if I were you because you shouldn't have been treated that way.

I had a great experience there (bought my dress from there). I would call a manager and explain what happened. GL!
