My sister had a similar experience. The woman told her that the piece that she was showed was for concept only. To get an idea of what she wanted. Well, my sister too was scared, but on the day of her wedding everything was beautiful!
I went to see Flowers by Brian, because everyone had such great feedback on them, well I was NOT impressed at all. I have been to 3 different florists, and I really felt good with James Cress. Mr. Cress was great and knew what he was doing. When I went to flowers by Brian, she DID NOT listen to what I wanted. So that kind of turned me off.
remember, everything happens for a reason, but it always works out in the end!! That's how I felt about my weding day!
