A little frusturated...regarding duet.....

It is not at all a big deal but it was a little frusturating because I was so excited. We had our engagement pics taken almost 7 weeks ago. I have been so excited about getting them back since the day that we had them taken. I asked when they would be ready and I was told 2 to 4 weeks. I call after 3 weeks and they told me that they weren't ready yet and that I should not call them, that they would call me when they were ready. Well it had been 6 weeks and I decided to call them because I never heard anything from them. When I called she said 'of course they are ready, I mean it has been 6 weeks'. I wanted to say something, but I didn't. I have heard nothing but great things about duet and I hope that this isn't any indication of services to come.

Things like that make you wonder. Make you go 'Hmmmmmm'. Not necessarily a bad sign per say. Maybe you spoke to two different people. I work in a dept that there are 5 of us answering calls, though we all have the same knowledge of stuff and same info in the computer, sometimes we 'fudge' things to our clients. Not saying they 'lied' but maybe something caused and unexpected delay. Sorry to ramble, but glad they are ready. Can't wait to see them! Who was your photographer? I have been debating between Patken and Duet.

I agree with the above post.. plus the past months have been REALLY busy wedding seasons so I am sure they were a little backed up by it.

Same thing happened with my proofs... well not 7 weeks. I called last week and someone, I think it was Eric, told me that they were not ready yet and would be for 2 weeks. But when I called this week Nicole said they have been ready for a week???

I love Alberto. He did an EXCELLENT job for both casual day and wedding. I am very happy with Duet right now!
