A little mad at my FI

He threw out the extra E-Party invites that I told him to save....He went on a cleaning frenzy and threw them away I am upset...I really wanted them

Thank God I made my brother save his...we have an extra batch but they are a different invitation that I don't love as much as the silver hearts Like I don't know what comes over men sometimes

They don't understand. I kept everything (EVERYTHING, inc. napkins) from our Disney trip -- FH thought I was crazy!

I do the same thing...I am extremely sentimental. I had the movie ticket from our second date in my car and somehow it got lost...I was devastated

I'm the same way but do keep some stuff...When I clean I usually throw out everything while FH collects all garbage

It was cute, the other day I was looking at the E-party pics and on the last page of the album he put both our plane tickets to vegas when he proposed in...SO CUTE!!!

FH laughs at me too that I save everything but he stops laughing when he has the scrapbooks to go back too. Sometimes they don't think.

Thank goodness your brother saved his!!!

My FH is like that too - he wanted to throw out the champagne cork from the night we got engaged!!! NEVER!!!!!

Yeah, men definitely don't think some times....I could totally see my FH doing the same thing. He laughs at me because I save every little thing....I have things that have meant some thing to us from way back in the day and he thinks I'm nuts for keeping all that stuff. They must all be alike. It's a good thing Kathleen that your brother saved his invitation. I say don't sweat the small stuff, but I know I'd be upset if I were in your shoes!! Yikes!

That's terrible. But as long as you have one, you can put it in a scrapbook nice and safe. But probably you should tell FI that in the future, make sure he talks to you before throwing out anything that may possibly have sentimental value.

KAthleen, at least your brother has his- maybe you can frame it double matted with an e-pic? A friend of mine did this and it is very cute.

Aww, so sorry! But at least he was cleaning, can't me mad at him for trying to do a good thing. His heart was in the right place! As long as your bro has one you can use, so it's not the worst thing in the world. Remember that in the grand scheme of things this is really minute. I understand how you feel but don't be mad at him for it, just move on and make the most of the scrapbook with lots of pics.
