I am thankful that my family has been so accepting of our situation and have been so supportive in helping me to have my dream wedding although it is not 'traditional'

Amen to all of that and especially to the fact that Peter is home from Iraq safe and sound......to that I say THANK YOU JESUS!!!! It is also so wonderful to have such great sons who both picked the best girls to bring into my family and who became my daughters. You all know how much I love Nina and I am just so thankful that she is in my life.

Again, HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE.

Thank God for him being home from Iraq is RIGHT! My FBIL served for a year out there and I am happy he's home with his wife & 5 kids. I can only imagine how it feels for you to know that your son is safe & sound.

and how great a MIL are you? Nina is lucky to have a sweet woman like you as her FMIL!

It is easy to be sweet to Nina because that is what she is SWEET in every way.
Yes it does feel great to have him home because I remember how sad and worried I was last year. It is just wonderful to have all my children safe and home (My older son was on the 19th floor of the WTC on 9/11 and made it out safe so I have two big reasons to be thankful)!

I am thankful for so much. Of course for my health (and family and friends health), I am thankful that FI and I have good jobs, thankful that we both have such a great family, thankful for being able to plan a wedding to a wonderful man and I am very very thankful for my 1st nephew that was born this year.

I am thankful for everything. My FH, family, friends, my animals, my job, having a roof over my head...there are too many to list.
