A little undecided

on the accent color. We are getting married in the fall and my whole theme I liked and wanted was fall with the orange, brown, yellow, gold colors. I just love the way it looks with the leaves changing color it's so beautiful.

We then chose the bridesmaids dresses and the color is Amethyst from the Vera Wang collection in David's Bridal.

Now I'm undecided. Should I do purple and orange/rust to have the fall theme, I like purple and ivory or purple and ecru. I really have no idea which way to go with the colors.

Any ideas ladies?

I like the fall theme and the changing colors it brings. Take advantage of it, I'd do it with deep oranges and gold. its very different and i think stand out

Definitely the deep golds and oranges with the purple. It's a beautiful palette for a fall wedding!

That's what I'm doing! My girls are wearing plum from David's bridal and I'm doing the orange/gold accents. It's the whole reason I picked a fall wedding! Lol. To get all the colors.

I agree with above, take advantage of the colors of the season and go with purple with deep golds and oranges! It'll look beautiful!

I have a friend getting married next fall and she is doing a color palette of deep purples, deep raspberries and reds... and gold. I think it would look gorgeous. Very regal. Very royal.

A little undecided

Thank you Ladies. I think also since I haven't seen it all together yet that is why I'm indecisive. I figured when we look into florists and I see the flowers and the vision coming more and more together I will be in love with it. Thank you for the link KatieLynn.

maybe stick with an orangey gold for accent and the plum/purple for the BMs.. that way you can play with shades and not have to worry about everything matching perfectly. I had the same thing happen I have my girls in coral but didn't want that color to overpower everything, now I'm using shades of coral/peach and gold for a nicer accent.
