I LOVE THEM!!!
I bought DH's wedding gifts there and I treat myself to something new every now and then.
So, finally, my Starwalker pen has been put through so much punishment during the last 2 years, that I figured I'd send it back to them for some 'work'
They RE-Engraved my name!!! They filled in and buffed out a chip that I made in the resin from dropping the pen in the street.
They did all kinds of stuff to tighten it up and I don't know what- but it's like a brand new pen!
