I'd like everyone to be boring and uninteresting today.

It's very distracting when you are all witty and intelligent and silly. Please refrain from any cleverness today, I have a lot of work that I have to do.

I was actually ready to slam today after breaking out my Some Old Bullsh*t CD (since my brother has my Polly Wog Stew EP) ... On my way in I was driving 85 mph and wished I was wearing my Chucks & black MC.

OKAY!

That sounds like a call to duty for me!
Boring & uninteresting is my forte. ( sorry, can't so the accent mark.)

It's okay, though, Felicia, all you need to do is quietly untie the laces, and as nonchalantly as you can, take off the chucks and slip into the extra pair of normal shoes you have stashed underneath your desk (it's okay, we all do! )

thanks much for the advice - though I wish I knew this earlier, as I would have made a detour over to Wendy's office and taken my pick from the vast variety of shoes she keeps under her desk at the workplace

though I doubt my big old size 8 1/2's would fit into her tiny shoes

But, my Trinidadian friend who worked the truck had more personality than any flunkie slinging joe at Starbucks!!!!!! (or 7-11 for that matter, except for my Dad's 7-11 man-friend Henry He was pretty cool)

And yeah, Felicia, sorry, I only carry sizes 6 1/2 thru 7 1/2.

They don't stir it with their arm in the CUP! That would be ridiculous unless they had some magical tiny people slinging java at those trucks or those pygmy marmoset monkeys that are only 8 inches tall, not including their 7 inch tail. And really if they did have those monkeys making the coffee, I would completely forsake 7-11 in favor of the arm-coffee truck because monkeys are just that cool and necessary. But they don't. At least not in Nassau County.
Anyway, they stir it with their arms in that big VAT!

ok 'I'm not a morning person' is my excuse, but I'm glad I wasn't the only one who was when reading Monkey's post....all I think I got is that the men in the coffee trucks stir the coffee in big vats with their arms , is this correct?
