A week before the wedding....

And I think I want to do fancy lighting. I have extra money lying around and I just contacted my DJ to see if we could swing it!!!!!

So how does this uplighting stuff work? Do they offer all sorts of colors? Does the RH have to dim their lights a certain way for the lighting to look awesome? Forgive me for asking stupid questions but I have no clue how this works.

RH will dim their lights regardless but not anymore just cuz ur getting uplighting. It def shows on the walls but it doesn't make the room itself much lighter.

Normally the lights can stay one color or change colors but the color changing lights might be more $ because it's a different piece of equiptment and the DJ company will need to bring in and pay another worker to just handle the lights.

Funny, I actually asked Marianne at NRC if they could really dim the lights in the room so you can see the uplighting and she said absolutely.

maybe an amber? or blue? That would contrast the hints of green nicely.
Actually-ask your florist, they have seen it all you know? They will have a god point of view on this.

Ooooh, go for the amber It will give everything a warm undertone! Though, I agree ask your florist/dj.
