A word of advice for renters!!!!

Get renter's insurance!!! We had a flood on Mon caused by our super breaking a water main in te apartment above us. Our landlords insurance covers only damage to the buildng. Without insurance covering our personal property we would have been out at least $5000.

Totally worth the $30 a month we pay.

I agree - nothing but aggravation for the past 4 days - and it's only just starting

it doesnt matter whos fault it is
your insurance policy pays your damage and then sometimes will go after whoever is at fault for the damage to pay the company back

either way if you get your money all is well
