AARGH, VENT!!! Bluefly!!

So I ordered my dress from bluefly. I asked them if this particular designer ran true to size and they said 'oh yes, they do.'
I ordered my size and lo and behold, it's too small.

Last night, I go and order the same dress in two different sizes and before I know it, it didn't give me an option to choose for shipping when the order went through. I wanted to choose 2 day shipping and not SEVEN-NINE day shipping!!!!! It didn't even give me an option to choose the faster shipping, it went straight to check out!!! Isn't that weird???

I called this morning and they said they can't do anything about it. I had my heart set on wearing this dress to my rehearsal dinner and that's next Friday!!! I leave NYC (my apartment) on Thursday the 18th.

I am crossing, crossing fingers that I get it before I leave for Long Island

thats ridiculous- they should cancel your order & refund it- I dont get why they cant do anything- so dumb!

Can you call and order over the phone? If so, do that and tell them you want it expedited. Just like pp said, you'll be spending more money but you can just return all the extras after the wedding.

You never know though, I have a feeling you'll still get it before you leave on Friday.

I called them this morning and they said that there isn't anything that they can do at this point because it's already processed. Crossing fingers it comes in time... Worse case scenario, I can have FH (who is leaving NYC on Friday morning of next week) take it to LI to me.
I just hope either of those two sizes fit!!!!!

I know! was so mad!!!! I hope you're right and that it comes in time. I love it.. I tried and tried, but it wouldn't zip up all the way. I just need one size up.
