ab machines
okay i have to start doing something about my abs..fh gave me some ridiculous 'marine sit ups' to do and i dread doing them because they are impossible and i'm also not training for the marines so i don't want to torture myself..so i was wondering if anyone uses any of those machines out there..any feedback on them?? i'm sure they're all a crock but maybe just maybe there's one that works..

Re: ab machines
Felicia and I own one of those ab machines...I can't remember the name of it. But it works GREAT! It suppoprts your neck and targets your abs.I'll post the name when I get home (unless Felicia knows it)

I think its called the Ab-Roller? It looks something like this (this isn't the exact one we have, but they all do the same thing)

I never say this one? I like it!!
But for a lazy person like I am, it nearly looks too comfy. I would probably try to figure out where the cupholder was as I kicked back with a bag of popcorn and the remote

Re: ab machines
I'm sure these machines are good, but NOTHING has shaped my body (particularly my abs) better than Pilates. The exercises are not that hard and the results come very quickly!!
