Ab rocker?

Ab rocker?

Anyone have one of these? Do they work? I was at sports authority the other day and they have it there, and I tried it - and it was EASY! I hate doing crunches and really want my stomach to look nicer. This looks almost too good to be true, but based on what I tried, if I had this thing, I would do crunches every day.

If anyone has any experience with it, I'd love to hear it!

Jen...never used it. I bought the other ab thingy...the red machine...it worked ok...but now it's collecting dust in the attic. I just went back to good ol' abs of steel this week, and am already noticing a difference...

I am addicted to finding new ways to get in shape, but I never really use them. I went to commack to buy an exercise ball from someone, but it wasn't the size I thought (it was slightly smaller than the reg big ball) and I don't seem to know how to use it. I feel like I am doing it wrong whenever I am on it.

I bought a mini stepper years ago. Used it once.

I got the FIRM system. Used it for a while but found it to be very hard, and I gave up because i dreaded doing it.

FH makes fun of me, says I buy all these things and never use them. He's not lying but I do try.

This seemed so easy! I would get it on craigslist or ebay or something if I could. Just wanted to see if anyone had any experience first ...

I do the EXACT same thing! You want to try the Red machine? It's literally made for lazy people. You sit on a stool, and swing back and forth. I have just about every tape and a few gadgets. I just started back with the abs of steel, because whether I like it or not. It's what works. And the sessions are like 15 minutes, so I can deal with that. If I could pay someone else to work out for me I would...HAHA

Do you notice a change to your stomach? It says it targets all the muscles - I need help with the lower abs ... (who doesn't???? ) - does it WORK?

my mom has that lol, she is the queen of buying all these exercise things and of course they'll get used a bit in the beginning but then they just end up collecting dust lol.

Jen...it is called the Red, and I did it pretty faithfully at first. Honestly, I didn't notice much of a change. I personally get quicker results with floor exercises and the roman chair in the gym. Back when I first moved home I had no extra jiggle in the lower abs, and I want that back NOW...BEFORE I have kids and it gets worse! HAHA

It would work more if I acutally used it on a regular basis

I did notice a change when I was using it everyday

Re: Ab rocker?

I never buy those excercise machines because I wont exercise at home, I know myself. I take classes at my gym and they have this 30 minute power ab class. Its not all about crunches, we do ab exercises standing up, etc. You will be more motivated in a class I think.
