Abdominal Soreness?

Abdominal Soreness?

I am 23+ weeks PG and when I walk too much or turn over in bed or sometimes when I get out of bed I feel sore in my abdomen. Not sore to the touch, but more inside...the baby is all over the place, but I'm out of town right now and started to get worried.

Did anyone else have this? I heard that it could be stretching...

Sounds like streching. Does it feel like pulling?

Does it hurt when you make a sudden move or bending and getting up?

It does sounds like stretching. I've had different types of stretching like I did 1 million sit-ups and my abs were tight and I've had the pulling sensation along the sides and I've had the short stabbing pain at my hips.

I think they say as long as you don't have a fever, vomit, leaking lots of fluid (like your water broke), or bleeding, it's fine. I would just mention it next time you see your OB.

It definately sounds like stretching. I always get this feeling if I walk too fast. First time I felt it, I panicked, but now I know not to get worried.
